Ships in trouble

The Icelandic company Neptune that have been operating two seismic ships has been declared bankrupt. Their vessel POSEIDON and NEPTUNE have now both been arrested but the latter one is still with crew onboard. Poseidon was arrested last year in Aberdeen after colliding with ships in the port while manouvering inside the port. Neptune is now lying in New Bedford, Massachuset, USA but is her charter has kept her running till she was seized by the USCG mid March 2019.
